Shipping Break Notice:
As you may know With Lyberty is a small one-woman team business. I will be taking a short break over the festive season to enjoy time with my loves ones, for some much needed relaxation and to plan for the exciting opportunities ahead for With Lyberty in 2025!
Orders placed after the 1PM GMT on 23 December 2024 will be dispatched from 06 January 2025. I will be monitoring our customer service email over this period but please allow extra time for a response.

Christmas Delivery
For on-time Christmas delivery, please ensure you order by the cut off times and dates stated below. Last posting dates are finalised by Royal Mail, they are to be used as an estimated guideline and in some cases, delays may occur due to courier handover and custom's procedures. We strongly advise Christmas orders to be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

At with lyberty we know you are excited to receive your new jewels, we aim to process and ship out orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Handmade items including multi charm necklaces, may take 1-3 business days to be made and dispatched. All orders are sent with Royal Mail. International orders are sent only using a tracked service to avoid delays or lost post. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information, if you selected a tracked shipping option. Remember to check your junk/spam inbox as sometimes the emails can filter into there.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES SHIPPING INFORMATION: Full address must include PO Box, full town or village name as there are many identical street numbers and must include a telephone number (preferably mobile number). If the address you provide does not include this, your parcel is at risk of being returned. A new fee will be incurred to re-ship or a refund can be issued but will not include shipping fee.
Delivery times are estimates only and can take longer due to customs and courier delays during busy periods. Once the order has been placed, shipping method cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide the correct address, post that is returned to us due to incorrect address will only be resent once the appropriate shipping fee has been paid by the customer.
Taxes and Duties
All international packages may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the cost of the order. All customs charges are payable by the customer and will not be covered by With Lyberty. Custom departments will hold all international parcels for routine checks and/or for payable tax, this can cause delays in your parcel arriving on time. In this event, your customs department will contact you for relevant payment. For more accurate information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. If your parcel is being returned to us because recipient refused to pay customs tax and duties, we do not offer refunds on shipping cost and will only refund the cost of the jewellery once the order has been safely returned to our office. If shipping was free with your order and your parcel is being returned to us because recipient refused to pay customs tax and duties, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Terms and Conditions:
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged post during shipping. Once parcels have been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over that parcel's delivery. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address or recipient name supplied by customer, if your parcel remains undelivered due to supplying the wrong delivery address, the courier will return the parcel to With Lyberty. We will contact you to arrange refund or re-delivery however, customer will be required to pay the re-delivery fee. We can only issue a refund once the parcel has been returned to our office, this refund will not include the shipping fee.
Please check estimated delivery times above and your tracking information before contacting us regarding delayed post. If your delivery time has surpassed and you believe your order is delayed/ lost please contact info@withlyberty with your order number; we will raise a claim with Royal Mail. Once Royal Mail's investigation is complete and they confirm your parcel as lost, we will arrange dispatch of a replacement order. We do not offer refunds on lost post and only offer a replacement order or store credit, if Royal Mail confirms the parcel as lost.
Materials:
18k Gold PVD Plated Stainless Steel
Made from a base metal of 316 stainless steel and triple PVD plated in 18k gold. Stainless steel is very durable and tarnish resistant. PVD plating is 10 times thicker than standard flash plated high street jewellery and will last years when following our care guide. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, meaning our pieces won't leave you with green skin and we never use lead or nickel. To help prolong shine and lifespan, we advise to limit contact with water, liquids and chemicals.
14k- 18k Gold Filled
The term “gold-filled jewelry” refers to items with a core of base metal with an outer layer of solid gold. Created by mechanically bonding 14k gold (at least 5% gold) to the surface of the base metal using heat and pressure. This is a permanent bond so the gold is durable, tarnish resistant and can last many years when following our care guide. Perfect for people looking a for an affordable alternative yet look-a-like to solid gold. It's important to keep gold filled products away from water, liquid and chemicals to help prolong shine and lifespan.

Caring and Storing
- Any lotions, deodorants, perfumes, household items can seriously harm your gold plated jewels and discolour them over time.
- All stainless steel based jewellery can be worn in water. However, constant contact with water and liquids can reduce the lifespan of your jewellery so we advise to remove when exercising, washing your hands, showering, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture.
- Store your jewellery pieces individually, you can keep them in our with lyberty organic cotton pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle.
- Remove jewellery when sleeping.
- Always remember that your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when dressing.
Cleaning

After wearing, clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive, soft jewellery cloth. This helps maintain or bring back its shine.
Caring for your pearls

Wipe pearls gently with a lint free cloth and store in the protective with lyberty pouch provided.
- For a pearl to keeps its luster, it’s best to remove pearl jewellery before any contact with water or liquids.
Warranty Policy:
- If an item is received broken or incorrect you must email in within 14 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a free replacement if this is the case.
- Our warranty covers: any material or manufacturing defects.
- Our warranty does not cover: general wear and tear, improper handling and not following care guide. Scratches or chips. Lost or stolen goods or parts.
- We provide a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
We use delicate materials such as gold and silver, over time jewellery can fade naturally due to multiple factors including general wear and tear, exposure to moisture, chemicals and air. This is not considered a manufacturing fault.
All our pieces are finished with an anti-tarnish coating to ensure the plating stays in tip top condition for as long as possible. All styles are hypoallergenic, nickel, lead free and won't turn your skin green!
