Processing
All order are carefully made and packed by Sophie within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Handmade items including pearl necklaces and multi charm necklaces, may take 1-3 business days to be made and dispatched. All orders are sent with Royal Mail via a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and is some cases can be extended due unforeseen courier or customs delays. Once the order has been placed, shipping method cannot be changed. It is the customers responsibly to provide their full and correct address. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address will only be resent once a new shipping fee has been paid by the customer.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES SHIPPING INFORMATION: Delivery in the UAE is conditional to strict addressing criteria being met, i.e., a complete and full address including a local mobile number and recipient email. Please note, as there is zero de minimis on VAT, contact with the recipients is generally completed using SMS, phone call or WhatsApp hence a local mobile number is key. Delivery information required:

- Full name, including given and family names of the recipient.
- Full address of the recipient, either name of town, building number, street and zone number, or P.O Box number and post office name as applicable followed by 'United Arab Emirates' in both cases.
- Mobile phone number and email address of the recipient.
These details MUST be included within the address form when completing your order on our website. If these details are not provided, your parcel is at risk of being returned. If your parcel is returned by UAE customs department because of an incorrect address, a new fee will be incurred for re-shipping or you can request a refund. This refund will not include the shipping fee and can only be issued once the parcel has been returned to our office. Taxes and Duties
All international packages may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the cost of the order. All customs charges are payable by the customer and will not be covered by With Lyberty. Custom departments will hold all international parcels for routine checks and/or for payable tax, this can cause delays in your parcel arriving on time. In this event, your customs department will contact you for relevant payment. For more accurate information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. Customer is not obligated to pay tax and duties set by their country and can refuse payment. If your parcel is being returned to us because you refused to pay customs tax and duties, we will only issue your refund once the parcel has been returned to our office and the refund will not include the original shipping fee. We do not have control over the timeframe it takes for the customs department to process and return the parcel and this can take up to 1 month in some cases, please use your tracking number for updates. If shipping was free with your order and your parcel is being returned to us because recipient refused to pay customs tax and duties, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Terms and Conditions:
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged post during shipping. Once parcels have been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over that parcel's delivery. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address or recipient name supplied by customer, if your parcel remains undelivered due to supplying the wrong delivery address, the courier will return the parcel to With Lyberty. It is the customers responsibility to provide their correct and full address. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or intervene with the parcel in any way.
Please contact us by email only info@withlyberty.com with your order number to arrange a refund or re-delivery. Customer will be required to pay a re-delivery fee. We can only issue a refund or begin re-delivery once the parcel has been returned to our office, this refund will not include the original shipping fee. We do not have control over the timeframe in which the courier returns the parcel to our office and in some cases this can be up to 30 days.
Please check estimated delivery times above and your tracking information before contacting us regarding delayed post. If your delivery time has surpassed and you believe your order is delayed/ lost please contact info@withlyberty with your order number; we will raise a claim with Royal Mail. Once Royal Mail's investigation is complete and they confirm your parcel as lost, we will arrange dispatch of a replacement order. We do not offer refunds on lost post and only offer a replacement order or store credit, if Royal Mail confirms the parcel as lost.
