Processing Times
At With Lyberty we offer secure tracked shipping worldwide. All orders are carefully handmade and packed in our UK studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
International Customs & Import Duties
All international orders may be subject to local customs and import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office or government website.
United States Customs & Import Duties
USA customers have the option to pre-pay their customs and import fees. Pre-payment through Royal Mail is the most cost effective option and ensures fast and seamless delivery.
Once your order has been placed, Royal Mail will calculate your fees (usually $5-$15) and we'll email with payment details. If you choose not to pre-pay these fees, customs charges will be collected by your local customs authority before delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to process and deliver within estimated timeframes, occasional courier or customs delays may occur which are outside of our control. Please check your tracking information for the most accurate updates on your order status.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
Order Amendments
Any changes to your order details must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us by email.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your delivery timeframe has surpassed and you believe your order may be lost or delayed, please contact info@withlyberty.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help resolve your query as quickly as possible.
