We hope you love your With Lybery jewels but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please read the information below before requesting a return.

Returns Elibility

We accept return on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in it's original condition and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions, may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygeiene reasonns, earrrngs cannot be returned unless faulty.

We are also unable to accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Engraved jewellery

How to Return

To request a return, please email info@withlyberty.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for your return

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of untracked items. 

Return Fee

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. 

Refunds

Once your return has been receievd and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. We are unable to refund original shipping fee or gift packaging cost. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process and show the refund.

Exchanges

We currently only offer direct exchanges for UK customers. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, by contacting us info@withlyberty.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in it's original condition and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Once return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and dispatched subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologies for the inconvience and will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please contact info@withlyberty.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

Once received, we will arrange a free exchange or return.

Returned by Customs

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs and import fees, refunds will be processed once the parcel has been recieved at our office. Please note that customs return timeframes can vary and are outside of our control. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
