Our Materials

Our signature collections are crafted with premium 18k gold PVD plated stainless steel. The advanced PVD plating technique creates a triple gold coating that's stronger and more durable coating than standard flash plating. Paired with a 316L stainless steel base renowned for being tarnish resistant, water resistant and hypoallergenic. 

Alongside our core collections, we also use carefully selected precious and natural materials including gold filled, gold vermeil, natural stones and freshwater pearls. These more delicate materials require a little extra care, and we recommend following our care guide to preserve their shine. Individual product details with specify the materials used.

Care Guide

• To help keep your Lyberty jewellery shining for years to come, we recommend limiting exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, liquids and excessive moisture where possible.
  
• Clean pieces gently with soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth
  
• Store your jewellery individually in your With Lyberty organic cotton pouch, to prevent scratching or tangling.
  
• We recommend removing jewellery before sleeping.
  
• For best care, jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Processing Times

At With Lyberty we offer secure tracked shipping worldwide. All orders are carefully handmade and packed in our UK studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch. 

Shipping Rates & Times

Estimated delivery timeframes begin after processing. All orders include tracking information, provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

International Customs & Import Duties

All international orders may be subject to local customs and import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office or government website.

United States Customs & Import Duties

USA customers have the option to pre-pay their customs and import fees. Pre-payment through Royal Mail is the most cost effective option and ensures fast and seamless delivery.

Once your order has been placed, Royal Mail will calculate your fees (usually $5-$15) and we'll email with payment details. If you choose not to pre-pay these fees, customs charges will be collected by your local customs authority before delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim to process and deliver within estimated timeframes, occasional courier or customs delays may occur which are outside of our control. Please check your tracking information for the most accurate updates on your order status.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Order Amendments

Any changes to your order details must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us by email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your delivery timeframe has surpassed and you believe your order may be lost or delayed, please contact info@withlyberty.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help resolve your query as quickly as possible.

We hope you love your With Lyberty jewels but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please read the information below before requesting a return.

Returns Eligibility

We accept return on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Returned in it's original condition and packaging
• Not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions, may not be accepted.

Items Indelible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

We are also unable to accept returns on:

• Items from all Limited Edition Edits are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Engraved jewellery
• Customised online Charm Builder jewellery

How to Return

To request a return, please email info@withlyberty.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for your return

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of untracked items. 

Return Fee

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. We are unable to refund original shipping fee or gift packaging cost. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process and show the refund.

Exchanges

We currently only offer direct exchanges for UK customers. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, by contacting us info@withlyberty.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Returned in it's original condition and packaging
• Not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Once return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and dispatched subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please contact info@withlyberty.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue

Once received, we will arrange a free exchange or return.

Returned by Customs

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs and import fees, refunds will be processed once the parcel has been received at our office. Please note that customs return timeframes can vary and are outside of our control. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
